What will you learn during this RTF course?
An RTF course lasts 30 hours in which the candidate assimilates theoretical knowledge about the position of telephone operator. At the end of the course, the candidate will be examined through 2 evaluation methods.
What are the criteria for enrolling in the telephone operator course?
Enrollment in the RTF course does not require a high school diploma or other aviation knowledge. It is necessary to have a knowledge base in mathematics and physics in order to understand more easily the processes that a telephone operator has to complete.
Other necessary skills that can be considered:
- Excellent communication skills;
- Active listening ability;
- Ability to understand coded languages;
- Ability to analyze and monitor.

What is the price of the RTF course?
In order to extend the validity of the RTF certificate, if it has been inactive, the participants must present themselves before its expiration, with the original identity card and certificate. For the extension, the candidates must participate in a theoretical training session of 6 hours, being subject to evaluation after the end of the training.
