GDPR
In accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, the Higher School of Civil Aviation, Gratioasa nr 13, sector 1, Bucharest, has the obligation to administer in safe conditions and only for the specified purpose, well determined by the special normative framework in force, the personal data that you provide us, in accordance with the law.
Purpose of processing:
SSAvC processes your personal data in order to fulfill its legal duties under the law. When you decide to sign up for SSAvC, you will be asked for a set of personal data and documents, on the basis of which the legal contractual relations will be established, in order to execute a contract to which the data subject is a party. The personal data provided by you, as a beneficiary, freely noted at your own risk on the standard forms used for registration, but also copies of identity documents, marital status, previous studies, tax / banking data, are required in the context of fulfilling the legal obligations regarding the conclusion and execution of the contract. If you do not agree with the provision of correct and complete personal data, SSAvC is unable to conclude any contract and consequently to provide the desired service.
The legality of the processing of your personal data is represented by:
- Article 6 (1) (b), (c) and (e) of the GDPR – pre-contractual and contractual processing
According to the provisions of the RGPD, the data subjects enjoy the following rights, regarding the processing of their own data:
- the right to be informed;
- the right to access data;
- the right to rectify data;
- the right of opposition;
- the right to delete data;
- the right to restrict processing;
- the right to data portability and the right not to be subject to an automated decision;
- the right to lodge a complaint with the controller, the personal data controller and the right to go to court.
